Acceptance

These terms govern your use of LQTBetting. By opening the site, creating or using an account, or logging in, you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The operator of this demonstration is referred to here as the operator. LQTBetting is the name of the preview, not a statement that a gambling licence is held.

Nature of the service

LQTBetting is a simulated sportsbook and casino built as a technology preview. Odds, games, bets, and results are part of that demonstration. Nothing on the site is an offer to gamble for money, a gambling contract, or a promise that a displayed outcome will be paid in cash.

The site may be incomplete, reset, or taken offline. Features can change without notice because this is a preview, not a live book.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and of legal age to view this kind of demonstration where you are. You are responsible for knowing whether your local law allows you to access it. If it does not, do not use the site.

You can open a player account from the public registration page. You confirm that the details you give, including date of birth, are true. An account opened for someone under 18 is not allowed and will be closed if discovered.

Account security

You keep your login and password to yourself. Activity under your credentials is treated as yours. Tell the person who opened your account if you believe someone else is using it.

The operator may refuse a login, suspend an account, or close it. Staff in the tree above an account may also suspend it. A suspension stops play and movement of demo float for that account and for accounts under it.

Prohibited conduct

You will not:

• Probe, scrape, overload, or attempt to break the site or another user’s account.
• Open or use more than one account to evade a suspension or to distort the demonstration.
• Treat a demo balance as money, sell it, or demand that it be paid out.
• Describe LQTBetting to anyone else as a licensed book, a bank, or a service that accepts real-money bets.
• Use the site if you are under 18 or if local law forbids you from doing so.

Intellectual property

The software, name LQTBetting, text, and layout belong to the operator or its licensors. These terms give you only a personal, revocable permission to view the demonstration. They do not let you copy the product, resell access, or present the site as your own service.

Demo float

Balances, transfers, bets, and casino rounds are ledger entries in simulated EUR cents. Demo float is a teaching aid. It is not a deposit, a debt owed to you, a stored-value account, e-money, or property you can redeem, assign, or inherit.

An amount shown as EUR is a label for the simulation. It is not a balance at a bank and it is not withdrawable as currency. Staff transfers of float, including amounts issued or recalled by an administrator, move the simulation only.

No real-money gambling

The operator does not accept, hold, or pay real money for play. Mock deposit and withdrawal screens are labelled as mock. They do not move funds through a payment provider.

You have no claim for a cash loss, a failed cash withdrawal, unpaid winnings, or a gambling contract. If you believed otherwise, stop using the site. The demo banner on every legal page, and these terms, are the notice.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator disclaims warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, security, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Odds, settlements, and game results in the demonstration can be wrong, delayed, voided, or reset. They are not a quote you can rely on for any decision outside the preview.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator and its staff are not liable for lost profits, lost data, lost time, reputational harm, or any indirect or consequential damage arising from the site. They are not liable for a change in a demo balance, a suspension, a reset of the demonstration, or a decision you made because you mistook the preview for real-money gambling.

Where a liability cannot legally be excluded, it is capped at the amount you paid the operator for this service. For this demonstration that amount is zero.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such a limit is unlawful.

Indemnity

You will indemnify the operator against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your statement to anyone that LQTBetting takes real-money bets or owes you cash. This includes a complaint you cause a regulator, a payment company, or another person to make on that false basis.

Termination

The operator may suspend or end access for any account, or for the whole preview, at any time. A frozen network is one form of that suspension. Ending access does not convert a demo balance into a cash claim. Sections that by their nature should survive, including the demo-float rules, the warranty disclaimer, the liability cap, and the indemnity, survive termination.

Governing law

If you access the demonstration from outside that place, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with your local law. These terms do not make the operator a licensed operator in your country.

Changes

The operator may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The effective date shown here is the notice. If you keep using the site after that date, you accept the update. The current effective date is 21 October 2026.
